Zeus Soft is charging for live support per session where:
Please note that you will be made aware of charges and the type of support needed prior to any payment being applied.
- All support enquiries logged via our ticketing system
- Issues with cases in Radar 10 and transferring Radar 10 cases to RadarOpus where the user has a recent valid backup
- Issues with RadarOpus live updates
- Issues with program protection: site keys, Hasp key and WIBU CodeMeter.
Zeus Soft is charging for live support per session where:
- Programs purchased before 1st May, 2018 using versions 2.1 or previous.
- The program needs to be reinstalled or fixed after the user’s hardware has been repaired, reformatted or replaced.
- Installation on a 3rd computer and more
- Any other problem that has caused the software to cease to function and is not directly related to a Zeus-Soft product.
